The new online ordering info:
I did my first couple teams in the new online ordering system. I was super stressed out and it adds a bit more time to picture day. I think I will get used to it and it will just become part of the picture day procedure. I have added this feature in to cut down on after picture day orders floating around in players bags, the next week to a coach or office. Sometime after picture day I come home and there is personal email, business email, personal facebook, business facebook, text message, voicemail, venmo (with no paper). Usually I receive these orders from a team for the whole next week after the picture day. So it is very hard to be timely on getting orders out when they trickle in like this. So this should help streamline the ordering system.
You can order with a paper copy like normal on picture day at the time of sitting. It is the exact cost on the paper form when you order this way. I pay the tax so kids don't pack around the change it would be rounded up to. Everything after picture day sitting will default to the online system. One-two days after the picture day you will receive an email with your players' proof and options for ordering. You have one week from proof date to order with no shipping costs. This is called 'bulk shipping' and will be sent back and delivered to the school or association with paper orders. You will have to pay tax on your order but no shipping. After the 'bulk shipping' week deadline you can still order but you will pay tax and for the order to ship to your home. IF YOU SEND IN A PAPER COPY ON THE DAY OF YOU WILL STILL GET AN ONLINE ORDERING EMAIL> YOU DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING WITH THAT EMAIL. You can still order more photos with the online ordering system if you wanted to. If you order paper copy and order a digital photo; you wlll receive it via personal email. If you order a digital photo online you will be able to download it after you purchase it.
Some of the Youth associations have been able to supply emails to parents so I can use the new online ordering system. The THS & TMS will be able to use the online system.
Once photos have been delivered I will mark 'delivered' on the photo day below so parents know they have been transferred to the school or coaches. At that point, it is out of my control on how they are handed back or held for trophy days.
